General Election Races

We’ve updated our overview of the upcoming races for the current legislative office holders. A “yes” means there’s a race! “Unopposed” means there is no General Election race. The winners of the primary in Senate District 24, and House Districts 11, 23, 48, and 49 will begin their terms on November 7th.
If you’re interested in taking a look at our elections laws, you can find them in Chapter 11 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes: https://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol01_Ch0001-0042F/HRS0011/HRS_0011-.htm (Just navigate using the “next” and “previous” links at the bottom of the webpages.)
